The rank of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 obtained in 2006, demonstrates the company’s continuous commitment to improve its services in order to conform to the standards set by the European Common Market.
Our Quality Department is totally dedicated to monitor all those established qualitative parameters in conformity with all existings laws and regulations, so that all market needs are met.
Created and established in 2001, TecnoGest manages all the organizational phases from service allocation and cost estimates to invoicing, monitoring personnel, transport and relocation of equipment,through the use of laser readers and bar codes.
All clients have use of an individual reserved web area where all work programs and schedules are listed , specific areas which offer an extended coverage of all technical information, as well as use of an archive sector.
Each year all internal staff must participate in specific training and technical refresher courses, as well as foreign language and communication programs, while external staff are informed about all Tecnoconference’s work standards and procedures through training courses which utilize TecnoFad, an online computer training system.
